All participants will also be emailed the Event Day Information Booklet to peruse before event day. In the mean time, below is some "at a glance" information to help your event day run smoothly.
Access will be available from 6:00am Wave
times begin from 7:00am event day. New waves will commence every 15 minutes
thereafter until 10:30am. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to your wave time
to allow time for race bib collection, baggage check in etc. However, you do not need to be at the marshalling area until 15 minutes prior to your wave starting.
Where do I go on arrival?
Please make your way to Gate 2 upon arrival. From here you will easily be able to navigate to the registration area (to collect your bib kits), marshalling area and start line.
Wave time assembly/ Marshaling area
Please enter the marshaling area no earlier than 15 minutes before your wave time
commences. Your bib number will indicate
to us which wave time you should be in and our MC will be on load speaker to call up each wave time to the marshaling area as required. Listen out for these.

individual participants. Multiple bib collection will only be permitted
with the expressed written consent of the participant(s) who has/have requested
collection of their bib by another individual. This can be done though email, SMS or some other identifying factor which clearly displays the origin of the message to include the participants name.

There is no public car park within the stadium, however, signed parking is available in surrounding streets. Massage will be available for participants post climb. A number of massage tables will be available on a first in best dressed

Technical Running Tee. Stock of these tees will be available for purchase
from the registration area.
family and friends are welcome to wander through the event day Expo
event photographs will be taken by Super Sport Images on the course and at the
finish line. These will be available for purchase post event via their
website (www.supersportimages.com). Allow a couple of days post event for these to become available.
There will be a coffee van supplying muffins available for purchase. Sample packs of Cobs Popcorn and apples will be given to each participant after their stomp. It is recommended you bring a snack with you to refuel.
